PRICING:

All prices contained on our Web Site are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAX:

Cappusa.com is required to charge State and Local Sales Tax on products for which a tax exemption certificate or tax exempt number has NOT been provided.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Standard payment terms are Net 30 Days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified by cappusa.com. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only.

FREIGHT TERMS:

Freight terms are F.O.B. Shipping Point – Prepay and Add, unless otherwise specified by cappusa.com. All additional charges incurred such as Purchaser’s own specified carrier or special handling provision must be prepaid by the consignee. The title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier; or if the product(s) is damaged in transit, the recipient must file the claim with the carrier.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS:

Cappusa.com reserves the right to amend, change, and/or modify any or all of its Terms and Policies at any time.
